Edinburgh Dinner Date Escorts

Edinburgh Dinner Date escorts deserve a special treat if you plan on wining and dining these girls. And with the COVID pandemic coming tapering off, we thought we might take another look at places to dine in Edinburgh. These are some of our favourite places to eat in the city. We call this our list of best restaurants in Edinburgh for a date, you may have your own favourites but let’s take a look.

There is no doubt, Edinburgh has some of the best restaurants in Scotland. Let’s be clear, not all of them are here, Scotland has a wealth of culinary delights to tempt any foodie. What’s more, there are plenty of secluded spots and eateries throughout the country that lend themselves to a dinner date with a fine escort.

10 Best Restaurants in Edinburgh

If you are a foodie or a regular diner in Edinburgh, the top 10 best restaurants will be a hotly contended list. I am sure that over the years, you will have created your own list of favourites. Let’s take a look at where you might treat an Edinburgh escort for a night out.

1 Timberyard

The Radford family are creative, experienced restauranteurs and it shows in their clever conversion of a former warehouse into this surprisingly intimate space, with a wood-burning stove and rugs for the winter and a sheltered, sunny courtyard for summer.

2. 21212

Michelin-starred Paul Kitching (not to be confused with Tom Kitchin) works his endlessly inventive magic in a classic Georgian townhouse, its décor an immaculate lesson in soothing modern elegance.

3. Restaurant Martin Wishart

Awarded the first Michelin star in Edinburgh in 2001, Martin Wishart was a fine-dining pioneer in Leith. The restaurant serves what I can only describe as tweezer food with attitude: painstakingly composed to create the prettiest plates imaginable, but full of intense and sometimes surprising flavours.

4. The Kitchin

Cherubic-looking Tom Kitchin took only six months to earn his first Michelin star at this restaurant in a converted warehouse on a previously uninspiring street in Leith.

5. Number One, The Balmoral

With Jeff Bland, the executive chef who’s held a Michelin star for 13 years, and his talented head chef Brian Grigor, the newly refurbished Number One at the Balmoral Hotel continues the tradition of serving some of Edinburgh’s best food.

6. The Gardener’s Cottage

With communal seating at two tables in one room and one table in the other, this little restaurant is no place for misanthropes. It really was a gardener’s cottage although it sits rather incongruously just off the busy London Road.

7. Restaurant Mark Greenaway

You have to love a man who is all about puddings, which means I have the biggest crush in the world on Mark Greenaway.

8. The Scran and Scallie

‘Scran’ is a Scottish word for food, while ‘scallie’ appears to mean squint-eyed — which must refer to people having trouble with the menu, which is littered with phrases like: ‘sit ye down yer welcome’ and ‘nae meat, nae fish’.

9. The Dogs

David Ramsden, owner of The Dogs, is an Edinburgh restaurant stalwart (and well-known curmudgeon), and this consistently good, mid-priced place to eat is his response to the ubiquitous gastropub.

10. Ting Thai Caravan

Chef Ting’s restaurant started life as an itinerant pop-up across several Festival seasons before disappearing again like a swallow with a poor sense of direction.

Our favourite has to be The Witchery though. It didn’t make it onto this list but we love the food, the atmosphere and the service.

What’s your favourite restaurant in Edinburgh?

More to the point, would you take an escort to your favourite eatery or rather tread a separate course?
