He found that those watching porn daily are more likely to be experiencing depression. Although he has yet to establish if the daily watching of porn is the cause of depression or if those with depression watch more porn.
Every year there are more and more divorces because of porn addiction as it causes problems in relationships. Mostly, main reason for that is rejection of women by men who watches porn. Women feel not good enough or not sexy enough to arouse the desire in their men as porn does. Statistics shows that single men watch porn more frequent than married ones.

Dealing with Porn Addiction
If you believe you have an additionc, what can you do about it? Well, cognitive-behavioral therapy has been suggested as a possible effective treatment. It has been successful for with internet addicts. However, very few clinical trials have been performed to assess effectiveness among pornography addicts.
